We will be performing two sets of maintenance on infrastructure based at our Auckland datacentre.
Firstly we will be making upgrades to a core network element as advised by the vendor to resolve a software bug.
Secondly we will be upgrading our VoIP platform.
Both of these upgrades will be performed between 8:00pm-10:00pm on the 30th August.
There will be a short outage of up to 5 minutes which will affect VoIP and Web Hosting services only.
Traffic for Internet customers will converge over redundant paths while this maintenance is in progress and will not result in downtime.
