Microsoft Connectivity Issues

This issue is now fully resolved.

Problem Identified

We have identified the issue which appears to relate to a Microsoft gateway node in Sydney. We have re-routed traffic flow away from this gateway and to an alternate route. Once Microsoft have confirmed this has been resolved, we will revert to our primary route to Microsoft.

Investigating

Service has been restored with limited capacity. We are continuing to work with Microsoft to pinpoint the cause of the issue and will update further.

Assessed

We are currently experiencing connectivity issues to Microsoft's online services (including Outlook, Office 365, Azure etc). We are in touch with Microsoft's network operations center to resolve this issue and will work with them as quickly as possible to restore connectivity. Thank you for your patience.
