Monitoring has confirmed route announcements for all impacted BGP peers for IP Transit customers have been restored and routes exported to DFZ.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will be completing a root cause investigation. For singlehomed customers seeking recommended diversity to peer with multiple nodes in our network, please contact our team.

Majority of BGP route announcements have propagated to the world, our team are continuing to monitor.

Problem Identified

Some IP Transit customers who are singlehomed at our akl2/DataVault Auckland site may be experiencing connectivity disruption due to a device fault.
Engineers are engaged and working through restoration.
